Rob Carpenter, president and founder of Rob Carpenter Construction, Inc., is the fourth generation of Carpenter Family home builders in Middle Tennessee. He has been in the construction business for over 20 years beginning with his own deck building business in high school and college. Rob began Rob Carpenter Construction, Inc. in 1993 after graduating from Iowa State University. His work is featured throughout Sumner, Davidson, and Williamson counties and can be seen in the 2008-2009 edition of Nashville Interiors.

Julie Carpenter, Rob's wife, plays a direct role in the building of each home as well. Julie is a licensed real estate agent and experienced designer who oversees all of the material and design selections for each home.
